The NextGen Leaders Program brings young women in grades 10-12 and business leaders together for dialogue and mentoring in a school environment. Our goals are to advance diversity and gender equality and to help girls gain the skills and confidence to make bold career choices.

Our in-school programs help grow BC girls into women leaders with:

Why Is This Important?

Students in grades 10-12 are at a pivotal crossroads for choosing their career path – they will shape the workplaces of the future. But we are not ready for their talent and optimism. Based on the current pace, it will take over 200 years for women to achieve full equality in the workplace in Canada.

To make sure BC girls have equal opportunities to advance in their careers, we have work to do!
